First of all, thank you for attending the past X-WOW Lecture Without Borders. I'm sure you have learnt so much while attending the events, studying at the university or practising at work. Now it's time to apply your knowledge to help the others! We have recently launched X-WOW Consultation Without Borders, a platform for medicine experts from around the world to obtain or to share knowledge, in another word: a global freelance market to get help from experts in medicine.

We are now inviting all medicine professionals/students around the world to join the first competition based on this new platform, with cash reward and certificate! Whether you are an experienced medical specialist, a medicine student, a consultant, a technician, a professor, or a start-up founder, if you wish to offer your skill and knowledge in front of a computer or smartphone, we will provide you opportunities to turn knowledge into a source of income, just like a consultant! Remember there is always something you know that others don't!

To participate the competition is simple:

​

1. Click here, or visit x-wow.org, create an account.

​

2. Create a service ($5, $10 or $20, $0 for volunteer jobs) in accordance with your skills. Be as specific, as personal, as possible so your clients will know exactly what they are getting for the money they are paying. Remember to fill in your profile information and introduce yourself with photos so you can attract request and your clients know who they are working with. 

 

3. Share the link of your service page with friends and colleagues or on social media, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn.

4. Our judges will pretend to be clients looking for consultation services. They will select those who are well prepared and make an order with task details. (Tip: the first photo on your service page is the most important one, that is what attracts attention). If you complete the job nicely and within the estimated delivery time, you will keep the money and receive a Certificate of Excellent Consultation during the X-WOW Consultation Without Borders Competition. There is no deadline so please take you time.

Please Remember:

1. Respond to customer enquiries, as well as requests for custom offers, within a reasonable time. Good communication is a prerequisite for successful cooperation.

2. Treat all of your customers the same, and try to provide the best possible service regardless of the transaction value. Satisfied customers will recommend you to their friends.

​

3. ‘Knowledge’ can be anything and it doesn’t have to be advanced/professional. Remember what’s easy for you to do, could be significant helpful for the others. For example, a scientist looking for a research topic, an entrepreneur investigating a market before expanding the business, or simply someone starting medical school and need some guidance from you. There is always someone need help from you.

 

4. The platform provides security, privacy, and timely payments, so you can keep doing what you love the most. So far we support the following payment methods so you can pay, or get paid no matter where you are.

If you are not interested to participate the competition, you can still get paid by referring friends. Once logged into your account at x-wow.org, simply click on the blue button ‘Refer a friend, get paid’ where you will see your unique url. Remember to use your referral url to invite others, so next time if they register or make a purchase, you will get apaid.
